This is my first time here. After reading all the choices for salads I was overwhelmed. I had the owner Kyle help me decide. It was really good fresh and clean. Love this place welcome to the Cape. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Only intended to eat half but it was too good to stop. All gone!

Absolutely blown away by our experience at The Salad King. You can truly taste the farm-to-table difference — everything was incredibly fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully prepared. The flavors were clean, creative, and perfectly balanced. What really made it special was Kyle, the owner, coming out to personally meet us. That level of hospitality says everything about the heart behind the concept. You can tell this isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a passion project built around quality and community. Great food, great atmosphere, and an even better concept. We’ll definitely be back.

Outstanding experience! The service was top-notch from start to finish. The salad was packed with incredibly fresh ingredients—truly some of the best I’ve had. Kyle, one of the owners, personally came out to greet us, walked us through the menu, and even offered free samples, which was a really nice touch. You can tell there’s a lot of care behind both the food and the overall vibe of the place. The only minor downside is that indoor seating is a bit limited, but everything else more than makes up for it. A solid 10/10—I highly recommend checking it out!

I stopped in today for a quick lunch since I live down the street and I have been wanting a salad. I went in thinking I would get a light salad with fruit and chicken and once inside I changed my order to the Taco Royale (substitute steak and add avocado) and it was SO GOOD. I already planned to come back to try the other salads and even the chicken salad spread, but I will absolutely be back after this! The shop is very clean, the employees are super nice and I highly recommend coming in. In addition to the online menu they also had a nice table of hand held snacks such as protein bars, homemade protein balls, and chips to add to your order!

Walked in and immediately was greeted by the owner who gave us the complete run down on how the place works. I ordered a wrap and added all my own things to it. All the ingredients are locally sourced and it tasted like it. My wrap was so good and filling. I don’t think the prices were outrageous. Will definitely be back!

My cousin and I were looking for somewhere to eat and catch up, she’s obsessed with salads so a quick search on google brought us to Salad King. A quick chat with Kyle (part owner/chef) and the crew gave us the information about the place and lots of good vibes. All the ingredients are fresh and locally sourced, which is a huge plus. Gotta love supporting local businesses. There are so many options to choose from, but honestly you can’t go wrong here. I had one of their salads that had the recipe posted, and added a few extras like quinoa and croutons (you HAVE to try the croutons, they’re homemade!). I went with the lemon white vinaigrette which was fantastic(also homemade). My cousin had the fruit salad which she raved over, tomato basil soup (which Kyle showed us photos of his process to make from scratch) and a cucumber tomato and onion salad with vinegrette. I forgot to take a photo of my salad until I was almost done so don’t judge. lol oh and the fresh made strawberry lemonade was also a treat! 10/10 I will definitely be back.

Great and healthy place here in Cape Coral. We highly recommend for a healthy and hearty, farm to table option. They make everything in house and the freshness shows. We will definitely be coming back and supporting!

Perfectly Prepared! Salad King is absolutely fantastic! The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — you can tell they really care about quality. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick. The owner guided us through our options. The restaurant is clean, bright, and has such a positive vibe. It will definitely be my favorite salad place. IN LOVE🤍🤍!! Highly recommended for any kind of daily protein/ fiber intake! Everything is nutritious and blends so well!! Avery was so lovely as well and packed my food very nice with care and kindness as well as the amazing manager! Everything on the menu was fresh( I added my own Pico, Black Beans, and Chicken from my job which is why it looks mixed in). There are many variety of items with lovely portioning for an amazing price. I am still amazed at how all of the items down to the drinks are freshly made as it is a rarity to find down here! Thank you guys so much for all of the kindness and hope to be coming in next week !!

I’m IN LOVE with this place! Everything is incredibly fresh and the options/combinations are limitless. Everyone is super friendly and we even had the pleasure of meeting the owner Kyle during our visit. Him and his employees were very generous and truly went above and beyond. We loved all the samples! Their soups are AMAZING, made from scratch daily and you can really taste the love and passion put behind their work. My husband, who really isn’t a veggie person like me, loved the homemade veggie soup so much he even took MY sample! Now that’s saying something. I should have been coming here sooner! Can’t wait to try everything else! 100/10
